Laura and Mike are two of the sweetest and funniest people! We had a great time shooting their engagement photos with them and their dog Bailey in downtown St. Augustine. We met at A1A Ale Works (one of our favorite places) and chased the setting sun and met the rising moon at The Bridge of Lions. When Mollie and Matt called and said they wanted us to shoot their engagement session at Castle Otttis we were beyond thrilled! What an awesome place with an awesome couple! We had so much fun with Sara and Matt restaurant hopping on their engagement session! They are a lot like us and love all things food (especially mexican!). We stared the day off at TacoLu in Jax Beach, then stopped by Mochi for a bowl of yogurt, and ended the day at San Sebastion Winery in St. Augustine. Nichole and Jimmy called us a while back said they wanted something different and artsy for their engagement session. Excellent! So we took them to our friend and fellow CoRK artist, Dolf James, for a few shots with his famous Red Chairs in his studio. Afterwards we headed over to Metropolitan Park and Friendship Fountain for a few long exposures, we then ended the night at The Flystie Irish Pub. The first thing that came to mind when thinking about what to write for Lauren and Adi was our consultation with with Lauren. I have to say it was one of our favorites to date, Lauren brought her Dad with her. It was our first Father/Daughter Consultation and we had so much fun chatting with them and going over samples. That consultation absolutely let us know what a sweet, thoughtful, loving Bride Lauren is! So when it came time for Lauren and Adi’s engagement session, which was the first time we met Adi, we already knew he’d be great too! I know you have heard us say before that we have the best clients, and it is SO true! We really seem to find clients that we click with and have a great time with, and Courtney and Vince are no exception! We had to cut their first engagement session short at The Cummer Museum because of rain, but we were so excited to meet up with them for the second part near their house and meet their sweet pup Callie! Every time we look at Vince and Courtney’s pictures we can’t help but smile and remember what a great time we had with them! We hope you all enjoy a few of our favorites from their session too! We can’t wait for their wedding at Crosswater Hall in May!!
